Personal data protection and privacy policy under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
This overview of personal data protection and privacy policy provides information on how and why Motomet OÜ collects, processes and shares the data of visitors to the website (incl. Inquirers, customers of the customer agreement). Motomet OÜ uses the data of those who have sent a request (a question, for example, via a contact form or e-mail) about our services or have previously used the services or are still using the services. We collect and use data from regular customers and contact persons (including “old” or “inactive customers”). We use data collected from public sources (this also includes public information sent as a third party recommendation).
Purposes and legal bases for the processing of personal data
We process the personal data of Motomet OÜ customers, ie users of services, in order to fulfill our contractual obligations. We use the personal data of our customers, as well as the information received from them, in order to provide existing customers (and also potential) with better quality service and more accurate information. If Motomet OÜ processes personal data for the mentioned purposes, then the legal basis for the processing of collected personal data is our legitimate interest in ensuring the correct and, if possible, higher quality provision of the offered service.
From the marketing channels of Motomet OÜ (incl. Website, social media) we collect data on the performance and usability of the channels. In addition, if possible, we collect data on the interests and goals of potential customers in order to increase the level of our customer communication, better understand customers’ real interests and goals and provide better service, more accurate information and ensure (improve) the user-friendliness of Motomet OÜ website functionality. When Motomet OÜ processes personal data for the mentioned purposes, the legal basis for the processing is our legitimate interest in better understanding the customers’ need to ensure better service.

How to Motomet Ltd. collects personal data
We collect personal data directly from data subjects with their consent, either by e-mail, receiving feedback with an inquiry form (incl. Agreeing to receive letters from us). Contact details: name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number.
Data generated during the inquiry, feedback, filling in the customer agreement form and sending an e-mail: company name, personal identification code/registry code, VAT number, legal address, customer preferences in connection with Motomet OÜ services, data provided in the feedback form, data provided in the inquiry form.

Motomet OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.
Motomet OÜ does not transfer customer data outside the European (EU) Economic Area and does not share personal data with third parties (except under the conditions set out in the following clause). All data is used only for customer communication and for product and service development purposes. We may share personal information in the following cases: debt collection; State Supervision Authorities and the Police; Public feedback with customer consent.
Storage and security of your personal information
Motomet OÜ may send customers information about services, offers, and news if the customer has given us their contact details or agreed to receive information from us. The customer receives the information until the customer requests the completion of the last activities or leaves the group of newsletter recipients.
Motomet OÜ retains personal data for as long as it is necessary to achieve the purpose of their collection. The term of data retention also depends on the need to respond to data subjects’ inquiries, solve various problems, and the need to comply with legal document retention requirements.
If the law does not require the retention of personal data, we will delete that personal data. In this case, we may use this personal data only for statistical purposes and only in a pseudonymized (anonymized) form.
With regard to the security of personal data, we try to do everything possible to prevent unauthorized access to the data. We guarantee access to data only in accordance with the applicable legislation, and at the same time, we protect the confidentiality of personal data as much as possible.

The Customer has the right to access the Customer’s own personal data processed and stored by Motomet OÜ and the right to demand the correction of inaccuracies.
Nor shall must respect a number of customer rights: with the right of rectification, the customer has the right to demand that incorrect personal data relating to him be corrected without delay; The customer has the right to request the deletion of his data if certain additional conditions are met. The customer has the right to request the processing of his or her personal data.
